XSPC's are still available and can be ordered between a MicroLink (A
end) and OnRamp (B end). I have ordered and had these installed for
clients in the last week. However, Telstra have foreshadowed a $1,000
XSPC connection fee (currently $50 if ordered at a different time to the
MicroLink service) which will apply once OnRamp Xpress is released.

Xpress has not been released. The Xpress128 was scheduled for this
month. It may still make it. As of yesterday I still could not get
tariff and firm release date info from Telstra.

New MicroLink installations can still be ordered. We had an urgent
requirement this week, Telstra installed the new MicroLink and
programmed the XSPC within two days.
In the future, there may be other disincentives to using MicroLink (such
as the new XSPC install charge).
The new OnRamp Xpress may not be a good thing for a lot of Telstra
clients, but it is great for a lot of mine.
