The list of world wide Trade Points is in
http://www.untpdc.org/untpdc/gtpnet/tpww.html
Depending on how you define as first world, the respective data can be
counted and you can decide for yourself.

Note those entries without internet contact address have no internet
connectivity. These and some other countries trade info are being
incubated in UNTPDC server in Melbourne and the info are being
mirrorred to about 30 mirror sites around the world, FREE.

You mean the time I spent in Senegal and China to provide training,
and the time spent in Melbourne training those people from Senegal,
Romania, Eriteria, China, Trinidad, Vietnam, etc, all for FREE,
were mistakes ??

?? By charter, Trade Points are NON-PROFIT organization affiliated with
the UN GTPNet for facilitating and promoting international trade under
the UN umbrella. I don't think UN is in the habit of going into commercial
business. One of the pre-requisite requirements for formation of Trade
Point is to have the support of the local chamber of
commerce/manufacturers/export. The G77 nations chamber of commerce also
form an organization under the UN umbrella, see
http://www.untpdc.org/untpdc/incubator/g77tin/
Many of these has global internet strategy to co-operate rather than
standing by itself.
