Hi Rachel,

Yep, stick 'em in the trash, it won't break anything. You can then
select new global defaults in System Preferences/Internet.
Mozilla/Eudora work for me, but Mail.app is even better as long as
you're not getting 1000 messages/week. Some prefer Omniweb, iCab or
Opera or even Netscape for browsing. There's a nice fast new
Gecko-based browser called Chimera out too:
