I was all set to put the bus in the picturesque setting of the
convention centre and Torrens river to hand over my interim report on
broadband. Went to investigate the site, yes I can just get a 13m bus
in there, should make for some good photos.
But Clinton, Howard and the Queen in the vicinity meant squadrons of
large, wireless men in black clothes would also be present. I'm sure
they wouldn't let a bus littered with antennas within koo-eee so I
decided to can the event and instead do a show for schools showing
2way sat, wireless lan etc (next Friday probably).
BBC's Click Online wanted to do an interview that day too, so the
school setting was fine. It might go to air today on BBCworld, if it
hasn't already. Next one might be Sat 1830h for foxtel/austar.
Anyway, the interim report is here. No cut and paste, all original
thoughts, but similar to the vapid throng rantings of late :)
