One of my projects a few years ago was fixing a disaster by a big consulting
firm. When I joined the bank's development team to do this rescue, the guys
all told me what great guys the consultants had been. "They even took us out
to lunch," one explained.
I told them that if the bank would like to pay me $500,000, I also would
take them out to lunch.
