Actually I think we need to register the Trade Mark with IP Australia
(cough a lot of good that did for Absolut Swimwear in Avalon huh!) and set
up a Limited Company with $1 share holders for NON-PROFIT use.
OK, make it $5 a year :)

"Symbolic Systems" in Canberra, they do over night Company
registrations. (New companies, not recycled.)
