The government, as we know, wished to promote students from overseas
to study in Australia. They do so at
http://studyinaustralia.gov.au/Contents/Splash.html
It says - "This site best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4+,
800 x 600 pixels Flash 5 plug-in required"
There are no ALT tags. When I tried to view it with a text only
browser I got a blank screen. It's so obviously hopeless I didn't
both running it through the various validators.
Will they never learn?
