Actually, in Australia, accessibility is required of all websites,
Government and non government alike.... even personal sites are covered by
the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. Various governments around the
country are making a commitment to making their sites meet the DDA
requirements - which I guess is what Craig meant to say.
