You've totally missed the essential point that all the filtering
companies are overseas.
Remember this was the government that wanted ban Australians using
gambling sites, but encourage overseas punters to use Australian
gambling sites. Why wouldn't they want to prevent Australians viewing
pornography and encourage companies to do so.
