We should keep in mind the AAT decision is going to be based on FOI
legalism. Regardless of whether how that goes, and even regardless
of how one feels about censorship, I think it's clear that the ABA
*should* publish details of classifications and notices, in the
interests of a predictable and consistent regulatory regime.
