Lions Oratory Competition

Who will be crowned the Lions Oratory champion of 2008? Which ANU College will be awarded the prestigious Lions Oratory trophy for 2008?
The 14th Annual Lions Oratory Competition will see selected ANU students from across the University present eight minute orations to convince the judges and the audience that they deserve to win the ANU Lions Oratory Trophy and prizes totaling $3,000 in cash.
Hosted by Esther Sainsbury, last years winner of the 2007 Lions Oratory Competition and judged by an esteemed panel of public-speaking experts. The oratory will see speakers addressing a range of subjects incorporating the Lions' messages of truth, righteousness, peace, love and non-violence - the core values of all major religions.
Come along and support your ANU College and make your vote count for the $400 'People's Choice Award'.
Please note: as seating is limited it is recommended that you arrive from 5.30pm to ensure a seat.
