ALREADY HTML LITERATE?

How we like our HTML (Plain)

We have produced a template to illustrate the sort of format we expect for the submission of papers for the Australex 98 Conference. If you sent us an abstract, then you would have already received this template by email. Otherwise, please feel free to copy the source code of the template to aid you in preparing your paper. You may also find it useful to read our Template Guide page.

The reason for these restrictions is twofold:

If you are still in any doubt, have a look at the Australex Papers Template, or the Template Guide.

Sending your file to us

Please check your spelling, and view your page in a browser to make sure it works before you send it to us.

Please remember to save your file in ASCII, or plain text format. Many word processing programs (like Word Perfect and Microsoft Word) add other characters not readable by browsers when files are saved in the word processor's default file format.

Then, make sure that your file has been named in the following way:

"yourname.htm" or "yourname.html"

(Please use only alphanumeric characters when you name the file - no spaces, dashes, slashes, asterisks, etc.)

Then send the file to: maryl@lingua.cltr.uq.edu.au as an attachment (as you did with your abstract.)
