Medical certificates

To request a medical certificate, you will need to make an appointment with a Doctor so that the Doctor can make a careful assessment. Medical certificates, including certifications for special consideration and deferred exams, are a legal document. We are required by law to ensure that information contained in them is accurate. We are not permitted under any circumstances to back-date certificates.

In the case of requests for exam certifications, a careful assessment is made by the Doctor who is required by the ANU to fill in (and keep a copy of) the specific forms.
