9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday

9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday

To speak with the Doctor

The Doctor may not be able to speak with you when you call if they are booked with patients. If you leave your name and telephone number with the front desk staff, the Doctor will try to get back to you during the day.

 

Contacting the Nurse

The Nurse can be contacted by ringing 6125 9695 between 2pm and 4pm Monday to Friday (the call may be switched through to voicemail if he/she is with a patient.) If you are phoning to collect test results, please leave your name, date of birth and date of tests.

The Nurse can also be emailed on nurse@anu.edu.au and he/she will reply as soon as convenient (not necessarily the same day). It is important to keep in mind that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed with email correspondences so sensitive results are better retrieved with an appointment with the Doctor or Nurse.
