PARSA and ANUSA present Wellness Week
When: 1-5th May, 2017
Where: Union Court, PARSA Student Hub (next to BKSS) and ANU Sport
This year's theme focuses on you! It's time to take a moment to stop at our "PIT-STOP- Personal Improvement Time" and enjoy a range of activities which will cover nutrition, relaxation, self-care, creativity, parent and child bonding and active well-being. All events are free.
We are hosting a week-long of activities that will get you active and energised, kick-start your nutrition and well-being and eventually relax and revive you!
The aim of Wellness Week is to promote social and emotional well-being to the community, encouraging people to maximise their health potential, enhancing the coping capacity of communities, families and individuals.
Join in and get active, learn more about well-being, and relax & unwind.
