Almost a year ago, the Paris Climate Agreement united the world’s nations in a single climate agreement for the first time. Now the hard work of implementing the agreement has begun.
This event will discuss what’s happened since and, more importantly, what needs to happen now to ensure that that momentum continues to grow.
Ambassadors, ANU experts and an Australian government representative will provide their perspectives on international climate action around the world and in Australia.
Our expert panel will also decipher what happened at the most recent United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP22) in Marrakech.
