Professor Rod Rickards FAA was one of the founding members of the Research School of Chemistry (RSC)  at ANU. This scholarship, which honours his memory has been established through the generous support of his family.  It will provide a high-end stipend for a PhD candidate undertaking research in the areas of organic or biological chemistry in the Organic or Biological Chemistry Sections of the Research School.

This scholarship is the most prestigious available within RSC.  The Research School provides generous travel and other allowances, as well as support for attendance at both national and international chemistry conferences.
