Management & Performance

Donations to the Endowment are securely invested by the University, and the interest earned on the investment is used to support research and scholarship at ANU. In this way, scholarships, prizes and research projects funded by the Endowment are guaranteed to continue for the long term.

The Endowment is overseen by a distinguished and independent Board of Governors, who report annually to ANU Council on the business of the Endowment. The overall pool of funds and investment strategy for the Endowment is overseen by the University Investment Committee, in consultation with the Endowment for Excellence Director.
