How is the ANU Endowment for Excellence accountable?

The Endowment is overseen by a distinguished and independent Board of Governors, who report annually to ANU Council on the business of the Endowment. Board members must carry out their duties in accordance with the Australian National University Endowment for Excellence Statute and Rules.
