We are proud to present The Australian National University (ANU) Community Calendar which once agin celebrates the beautiful campus environment and community activities that feature as part of ANU life.

The 14 images that make up this calendar were selected from photos submitted as entries in our fifth annual Photographic Calendar Competition. The selection of these images from over 440 entries involved much discussion and review - no easy task due to the stunning array of images that were submitted.

The images presented in this calendar were taken by people who, by chance, represent the pillars of the ANU community. These talented photographers include members of staff, undergraduate and postgraduate students. They originate from Canberra and elsewhere in Australia, as well as from China, Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore and Thailand.

Thankyou to all who participated in this year’s competition and special congratulations to those who provided the winning entries. We look forward to a new set of images showcasing our campus and university life in entries for the 2012 Calendar. Start taking those pictures!
