The Museums and Collections Program, Research School of the Humanities (Australian National University), and the National Museum of Australia present a public forum that aims to bring together through case work examples major issues surrounding Australian Indigenous Collections which include motivations for collecting, the influence of Aboriginal people on object selection and significance of the historic collections today.
Speakers: include Howard Morphy (ANU), Nic Peterson (ANU), Lindy Allen (Museum Victoria), David Kauss (NMA), and Louise Hamby (ANU)
