Capital Angels is a group of private investors who proactively support Capital Region entrepreneurs through both investment and other activities. The members of Capital Angels make individual investment decisions based on their own assessment of the opportunity presented. Any start-up company wishing to raise capital should make a written submission via the Capital Angels’ website.
