The National Climate Change Adaptation Research Facility (NCCARF) - leading the research community in a national interdisciplinary effort to generate the information needed by decision-makers in government and in vulnerable sectors and communities to manage the risks of climate change impacts.

The National Adaptation Research Network for Human Health is hosted by the Australian National University.

The National Adaptation Research Plan for Social, Economic and Institutional Dimensions is in development. A consultation draft of the Plan is expected mid 2009.
