His PhD focuses on concepts of environmental and ecological justice in environmental law. While legally trained and situated within the ANU College of Law where Brad teaches in the environmental law field, Brad’s research has a broader outlook. Brad’s climate change research interests include human and non-human values about climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental policy and decision-making about energy generation and use, and the legal implications and possibilities that confront society as a consequence of human-induced climate change.
