Recipe
The title of the recipe. Please try to keep this relatively short and descriptive, since it will appear in indexes, tables of contents and so on. Something like Grandma Rose's Anzac Buscuits is fine if you want to be like those nauseating American recipe sites. Something like The Anzac Buscuit Recipe that Grandma Rose Found in an Old Attic in Wollongong is probably asking for trouble.

Please put in the child or children that attend the UPCCC. Please include surnames.

Introduction
Use this section to tell people about the recipe: where it came from, what it is good for, what sort of other food it goes well with and so on.
It is possible for the introduction to be quite long and take up several paragraphs. Paragraphs should be separated by blank lines. E.g.
| Entry | Result |
|---|---|
This is the first paragraph. It's generally a good idea to do one sentence to a line or so, since that helps with editing. And this is the second paragraph. Which contains something else. |

It is recommended that you keep decoration to a minimum, but if you must ... If you want text to be emphasised or strong then use the HTML <em> and <strong> tags. Other HTML tags are ignored. As an example:

Picture
Use this field to add a photo or other picture of the recipe. Good quality JPEG photos, up to a limit of about 300k in size, are best. Printing is usually at 600 dots per inch, as against the 75-100 dots per inch on a computer monitor, so do not worry about the picture being too big; in any case, the pictures will be scaled to fit when the recipe is typeset.
Copyright
Since the UPCCC intends to publish these recipes as a fund-raising exercise, we need to be a little careful about copyright. Since you have entered the recipe, you own the copyright. We need to you explicitly give us permission to use the recipe.
The following advice is not by a lawyer, so beware. If you want to use recipe from a book, you may do so, as long as you write your own decription of how to make the recipe. You must acknowledge the original author in the introduction. For more information, see the Australian Copyright Council and the information sheet on recipe protection.
