Nappy Service

AECC uses a cloth nappy service. The cost of using the nappy service is $1.00 per day, for each day the child uses creche nappies. This service will be used for all children in nappies throughout the day, unless parents request otherwise and provide their own. Home nappies are to be worn to and from centre. It is requested that children wear a disposable nappy when they come in to the centre, for hygiene reasons. Pilchers should also be worn over the top of disposable nappies when the child comes in, to assist staff in nappy changing and avoid the need to completely undress the child. If a cloth nappy is worn the parent must change the child into a centre nappy and take the other nappy with them. We do not have facilities for storing individual wet/soiled nappies. If parents do not provide a clean nappy for their child to be changed into at the end of the day, the centre will provide one and an extra nappy fee of $2.00 will be charged.
