If you would like to place your child's name on our Waiting List, please click here to see the current waitlist situation and to download a form and mail it to us.

Once your child is on the Waiting List, you are welcome to phone from time to time to enquire how the list is progressing. Please bear in mind, however, that it is impossible for us to determine exactly when we will have a place for your child.

Don't forget to let us know your child's name and date of birth if you applied before they were born!

It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes to the information you have given us, and to respond to any update letters you may receive from us in order to remain on the Waiting List.
