This course deals with all the important aspects of conducting, or participating in meetings. Included are standard practices for convening meetings, preparing agenda, distributing papers, conducting meetings, taking and preparing minutes, and action arising from meetings. Attention is paid to the purpose, content and style of minutes. This course includes practical tips and also mock meetings to apply the skills learned.
