PRACTICAL,
LIVELY LISTENING SKILLS

This practical course aims to heighten awareness of listening as a key
area of communication, to understand its benefits in the workplace and
other
environments, and to learn and apply active listening skills. As a special
coaching service, progress with listening skills can be reviewed with

this course participants apply and increase their learning through practical
listening exercises and role plays.
