ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION

PRACTICAL, LIVELY LISTENING SKILLS

This practical course aims to heighten awareness of listening as a key area of communication, to understand its benefits in the workplace and other
environments, and to learn and apply active listening skills. As a special coaching service, progress with listening skills can be reviewed with individuals or organisations about two weeks after the course. During this course participants apply and increase their learning through practical listening exercises and role plays.
