Emotional Intelligence and Resilience

How do people deal with difficult events that change their lives? Resilient people are emotionally intelligent and bounce back from adversity. They are optimistic, stress hardy and adaptable. Research shows a strong relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance. Measuring emotional intelligence in the workplace is the first step towards improving it. The next step is to develop and use a personal strategy for enhancing resilience to achieve balance, confidence and stress hardiness.

This 2 day course is designed to provide participants with an opportunity to identify personal and professional areas of concern and develop an action plan for building resilience to enhance career success.

How to improve listening skills

Listening is a neglected, key component of successful communication. Quality listening produces many benefits for the workplace and elsewhere whereas poor listening can produce a range of problems.
