Stress busters: staying sane in the fast lane

It includes evidence based practice to enhance mental health, and coaching strategies for turning stress into success.

Winning that job - mastering the art of the successful job interview

Is your nervousness and poor performance at interview holding you back in your career? This course will take you though all of the steps required to master a successful job interview. From the first impression to the final handshake, it will focus on how to handle even the most difficult of interview situations with style and confidence. Public sector interviews, and tricky hypothetical questions, will be a particular focus of the workshop, although all sectors of the labour market will be covered.

Writing successful job applications

This course will take you though all of the steps required to master a successful application. You will learn how to confidently articulate your skills in order to increase your chances of being shortlisted for that all important job. Selection criteria and the art of the targeted succinct resume will be a particular focus of the course.
