Beginning Korean 2 will further your grammatical knowledge and communication skills. More practical expressions will be introduced. Newspapers, TV shows or music are examined in order for you to encounter the language through diverse aspects.

Beginning Korean 3

Full outline

Beginning Korean 3 will help you to improve your understanding of the Korean language and relavant cultural background. In addition to learning more of grammar vocabulary, we discuss current affairs in Korea and find close relations between the language and sociocultural background, such as honorifics and politeness

Intermediate Korean

Full outline

This course is designed to provide students who have completed beginners’ level of Korean. This course provides many opportunities to practise the knowledge which students have learnt from the beginners’ level. Students will learn to communicate confidently in daily conversation and interact with intercultural understanding. Students will extend their grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing and speaking skills.
