About the CCE

The Centre for Continuing Education is the not-for profit outreach arm of The Australian National University (ANU). Our role is to develop and maintain ANU as a leading provider of lifelong learning opportunities in community, workplace and professional education.

We have four main programs of quality short courses each year.

Our teachers love their subject and are experienced adult educators. They come from the University, other educational institutions, the professions and the ACT community.

Our students come from all walks of life and academic backgrounds - many with university degrees and many without. Each year we enrol 5,000 people in our friendly yet challenging programs, people who want to pursue fresh ideas and learn new skills for personal or professional reasons for a reasonable investment of time and money.
