These will include: muscle relaxation, breathing techniques, meditation
and mindfulness, visualisation and self suggestion. You can use these
techniques to relax the body, calm the mind, control your emotions,
manage stress and achieve goals.

fear and perfectionism skilfully

counselling skills

This first level course explains the basic counselling skills used to
help clients to clarify issues, examine options and solutions, and then
develop strategies to achieve goals. Practical issues are discussed

We will introduce you to the Feldenkrais Method of movement in order
to improve aspects of physical movement like breathing, flexibility
and relaxation. At the same it can improve facilities of concentration,
