This course will focus on types of contracts commonly entered into in
the course of business, and will cover the six forms of entities. Each
entity will be defined and the law relevant to establishing, operating
and dissolving each type of organisation will be examined. We will also
consider the advantages and disadvantages of each mode of business operation.
