FAQ.
Tier assignments are derived from an activity index that is computed using downloads of articles, past subscription history, and authorship. Please go to http://librarians.aip.org/tierAssign.html for a more detailed explanation of how tiers are computed.
A licensed member institution may not cancel an existing subscription. However, any participating member has the option to convert an existing print subscription to an online-only subscription and benefit from the e-online savings. Therefore you can cancel your print copies if you want to switch to Online by taking up the caul offer. If you wish to keep the print as well, then you have to renew the print copies as usual through your agent.Consortia & Multi-site Licensing (4/8/06)
