Registration Costs

AUD $200 until 30 June 2006

The amount above has been subsidised by 50%. It is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD $) and includes 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

REGISTRATION CLOSED

The registration fee covers:

• The four day conference program
• Welcome Reception
• Conference Dinner
• Coffee and tea on arrival each day
• Morning and afternoon teas each day
• Lunch for each day. Includes a delicious selection of open faced gourmet sandwiches, wraps and fresh seasonal fruit platters.

Please note the Registration fee does not cover accommodation costs or the optional tours.

Registration cancellation statement:

Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by 30 June 2006 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an AUD $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person who will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. It is recommended that you keep a copy of this registration form. By submitting this form you agree to terms of the cancellation policy.

Insurance

The conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss of, or damage to, property belonging to conference participants or their accompanying persons, either during or as a result of the Conference. Participants are advised to arrange for insurance to cover medical, travel, and personal effects while attending the conference.

Conference Cancellation

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, TICCIA 2006 is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
