Auditing Tools

Audits are a fantastic way to monitor environmental progress and help build solid cases for implementing environmental change.

Conducting a waste audit

Time: approx 2-3 hours

Conducting a waste audit is a valuable way of gathering baseline data. This data then helps you to put forward a case for change and indicating places most in need of improvement.

The following documents take you through the waste audit process - yell out if you need help!

why_conduct_a_waste_audit

Why conduct a waste audit?

- to determine what proportion of recyclable material is being sent to landfill
