The ANUgreen Program

ANUgreen is the University's environmental management program, run by the Facilities and Services Division. The program was established in 1999 under the ANU environment policy.

Program staff work to reduce the University's environmental impact by implementing the University's environmental management plan (which is overseen by the Environmental Management Planning Committee) and other University environmental management commitments.

• Ecologically Sustainable Design — Planning And Construction Standards
  The Facilities and Services Division has developed ESD standards that are to be applied to all planning and construction work undertaken by its staff or contractors.
