Core_Computer Studies : Opening documents in Illustrator

To open an existing document:

Choose File > Open.

Select the name of the document you want to open, and click Open.

To close a document:

Choose File > Close.

New documents in Illustrator:

You can also create a new document at any time, by going to new in the menu bar.

To open a new document:

Choose File > New.

From the dialogue box select the artboard and document size, the page orientation and Colour Mode.
