Core Computer: Dreamweaver NotesTo Colour the background of a layer in Dreamweaver |
|
When using layers to aid layout you can clour the background of a layer.
From the property Inspector menu you can add a background image or background colour to a layer. You can select a colour using the colour picker, or you can type the hexadecimal code for a colour. To do this first click on the border of the layer that contains the text to select it. Handles appear around a layer to indicate it is selected. In the Property inspector, click the BgColor color box. The color palette and eyedropper icon appear. You use the eyedropper to select colors from the palette.
