Education:
1971-74: Diploma in Painting. Canberra School of Art and East Sydney Technical College
1981: Graduate Diploma in Education. Secondary Art. Canberra CAE
1986: Silk Screen Certificate. Bruce TAFE

Professional Experience:
1984-current Textile artist/designer-maker (part-time). This involves designing, printing and marketing fabrics for interiors and garments. 1986: Megalo Access Arts Incorporated (six months). This work involved setting up a fabric printing workshop plus working in all areas of screenprinting on paper and fabric.
1987-94: Part-time teaching in ACT TAFE, School of Applied Design. Subjects included: Fabric Printing, Freehand Drawing, Life drawing, Colour Theory, Materials in Craft and Craft as a Career
1991: Project Artist, Majura Women's Group
1991: Backyard Project. Working with mothers of small children at home in Canberra's northern suburbs. Funded by the Australia Council
1991-92: Project Artist, Art in Working Life. Working with members of the Australian Social Welfare Union. Funded by the Australia Council
1991-92: Part-time teaching in ACT TAFE. Working in the area of fabric design and screenprinting with aboriginal students.
1992- current Part-time lecturer, ACT Institute of the Arts, Canberra School of Art, Textiles Workshop.
