exhibition space is located on the first floor above the
main entrance to the School and is open to the public. Photospace
primarily exhibits photographic work as part of the SofA
Photomedia Workshop activities.

Tril Tyler 27 February – 7 March Photography has helped people to stay in touch with their memories since the 19th Century. Tril takes this basic function of the photographic process one step further. Using photography and the moving image Tril tries to get in touch with a memory that is not hers.
Ashlinn Harty 12 - 21 March Ashlinn presents a body of work that brings the audience into the world of Irish dancing. Sometimes bizarre, sometimes touching this series of photographs and moving image delve deep into the notion of performance.
Stephanie Parker 2– 11 April This series of elegant photographs encapsulate the expression and motion of a contemporary dance form known as Hilal ich is performed to traditional music from Egypt.
Sharon O’Connor 30 April – 9 May “Beautiful fragments - a visual blason, an erotic illusion. A body unaltered by centuries moving from the physical to the metaphysical. A representation for many of pure love, where the blason is a mere vehicle for the truly blassone.”
Lauren Cain 14 May – 23 May Ever thought about sharing a house with four other university students? Well Lauren Cain’s latest photography project explores the under belly of such a living arrangement.
Niki Challis & Tara Riley 28 May - 6 April Niki & Tara present their audience with a collection of images that endeavour to capture different facets of young womanhood.
