allows viewing uncoated specimens. Secondary (E-T) and Robinson

The"Fishbowl",
Rm 035, contains light microscopes and , PCs with image handling
software and a variety of input and output devices including a high resoluton Epson flatbed
scanner with transparency option, and a large digitising
tablet. It is also used for processing digital images taken
directly from the electron microscopes. Equipment in this area is
continually being upgraded, so check to see what is available from time
to time.
