Contributing is a simple process, but there are a number of steps that need to be taken to ensure that your entry is added to the E-cyclopaedia without hassle or errors. Please follow these steps in order to complete your submission successfully.
- Carefully read the Rules page.
- Choose the species you'd like to describe and check that the species does not already have an entry in the E-cyclopaedia.
- Take a digital photograph or scan a print or slide of the species suitable for the entry. For important guidelines on dimensions and resolution carefully read the Images page.
- Download the SubmissionTemplate
- Carefully research and input the Required Info into the template. It may also be useful to refer to a number of Examples for assistance.
- Now your entry is ready to Submit.
By carefully following these procedures your unique entry will be added to the ever-growing E-cyclopaedia and will shortly be visible on-line. Ultimately we hope that process is enjoyable and insightful enough to encourage you to continue to add your valuable contribution.
